Amy Weintraub, MFA, C-IAYT, ERYT-500 is the founder of the LifeForce Yoga Healing Institute, a charter member of IAYT, a yoga therapist, and a pioneer in the field of yoga and mental health. Author of the best-selling Yoga for Depression, the new card deck from Sounds True, Yoga for Your Mood: 52 Ways to Shift Depression and Anxiety, Yoga Skills for Therapists and numerous articles and book chapters, she has been a pioneer in the field of yoga and mental health for over 20 years. The LifeForce Yoga Practitioner Training that she developed offers certification for health and yoga professionals, and she presents workshops for every day practitioners internationally. The LifeForce Yoga protocol (accessible non-dual yoga strategies in everyday language for those new to yoga) is being used in residential treatment centers, hospitals and by health care providers worldwide.
