In this episode, I interviewed Constanza Eliana Chinea, (She/Her), a Latinx certified Yoga Instructor who has over 10 years of experience in the industry and over 300 hours of training in Yoga, trauma, and anti-racism. She shared her story and then we spoke to yoga practitioners, yoga teachers and yoga therapists about how we show up in the world and what actions and even simple mindset shifts we can take to make a difference.
