A passionate yogi from the heart of the Canadian Prairies, Emily has been teaching yoga around the world since 2013. Her intention is to guide others through Self-discovery and Self-acceptance; to feel good and be happy. Emily’s message is to embrace all of our life experiences, to acknowledge what supports your being, and to Let go of what holds you back. Her love for yoga has inspired her to share her own modern expression of this ancient, sacred practice and adapt it to be practical and accessible to anyone and everyone. Emily is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) who specializes in Postural Alignment, Functional Movement, Breath Awareness and Improving quality of life for those with Chronic Stress, Pain or Illness. Her teaching styles include Flow Yoga, Vinyasa, Aerial, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Mudra Meditation and Yoga Therapeutics including Joint Freeing and Somatics.
