Julie Jonuska (C-IAYT, E-RYT500) has been teaching yoga for over ten years. She completed her yoga therapy training in December 2017 through Inner Peace Yoga Therapy. She was drawn to yoga over 20 years ago after suffering from a neck injury and has experienced first hand the healing aspects of a regular practice. She loves creating practices for individuals and groups based on their particular needs. She is a life-long learner and is devoted to the practices of yoga that enable health and well-being. In her private yoga therapy practice, Julie specializes in helping people relieve pain, manage stress, and find ease through one-on-one and group yoga therapy. She is a Certified Yoga of the Heart® and Certified Pain Care Aware Yoga Teacher. She also is a Certified Yoga Nidra Instructor through California College of Ayurveda. Her passions include her family, animals and travel.
