Learn to practice
Find a comfortable seat on the floor or in a chair.
Open or closed, or soft gaze.
a) Make a fist with the thumbs on the inside, palms down. b) Release thumbs from the fist and point them toward eachother. c) Point the thumbs upward. d) Point the thumbs outward. Reverse this order back down to the first mudra.
Let your breath be natural and notice how it can be effected by the mudra or gesture.
