In this episode I had the opportunity to interview Amy Wheeler, founder of the Optimal State system for health and healing. We conversed about definitions of yoga therapy, discussed her Optimal State methodology and dove into some of the research work she’s been involved in around Women’s Health and Mental Health. She also shared exciting news about the future of yoga therapy — and previewed some really big news that will be shared more broadly at next week’s Symposium on Yoga Therapy and Research (SYTAR) conference.
