I’ve been practicing Yoga Therapy since 2009. While there are many who have been doing this for much longer than me, being in the field for the past 15 years has offered me a view into the undeniable growth taking place. And, I’m forever grateful to all those who have been at it much longer than me, the teachers and pioneers who have paved the way for all of us.
